Fomicom is specialized in the manufacturing, marketing and sale of portable, autonomous polyurethane systems. Located in Maldegem [Belgium], Fomicom offers a wide range of polyurethane systems and equipment for the professional user. Our strategically located offices mean we can quickly supply European clients with high quality products and services.
Fomicom is a market leader when it comes to innovation geared towards minimising the impact on the environment. The foam systems produced by Fomicom meet the guidelines laid out in the Montreal Protocol dated 1987. The products do not contain formaldehyde or CFCs. Most duel component systems are available in refillable packaging. The polyurethane foams are easy to use and do not require a huge investment when it comes to the necessary equipment. Clients can visit the head office in Maldegem – or receive representatives at their own offices – for demonstrations and courses. Fomicom guarantees excellent support during the execution of a client’s project.
Mission and vision
Fomicom aims at contract manufacturing in the field of blending and filling a diverse range of PU systems.
Fomicom distributes spray and injection PU foam systems to the industrial market via specialised distributors and a trained sales staff. Fomicom offers refill packaging, acceptance of empty packaging, sales and maintenance of installations and a strong after sales support to guarantee a safe, economical and environmental responsible use of our products.
Fomicom complies to all regulations and to the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management system. Fomicom continually evaluates and improves the QMS.
Education
With technical account managers in Belgium, Netherlands, France, Spain, Germany, Poland,… we have a team of well trained experts that visit customers to give trainings, demonstrations and supporting them in every possible way. Next to that, Fomicom provides all possible documents concerning our different polyurethane systems.
Distribution
With our products, which do not require a major investment, we search together with the customer for solutions to their problems which mainly consist of unwanted thermal bridges, difficult access, corrosive moisture absorption, undesired air permeability or insufficient insulation.
Distribution takes place from our production facility in Maldegem via our own technical-commercial sales staff, but also through trained distributors. Customers are always followed up by the same person, from the very beginning until after the sale.
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING
The filling stations are digitally controlled and keep all data so that we are a reliable partner for your productions. After production we carry out the necessary quality checks and store the products in our warehouse.
If desired, we can also carry out order picking and transport throughout Europe. Our central location in Maldegem, Belgium, near the important ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam is a major asset.
We also have the necessary expertise in-house for testing or for making samples required for e.g. CE standards testing.
